ACC update

Braden left today again, this time for Men's ACC's - back up in Maryland. February is always a tough month because it's so busy, but it is fun to watch the swimmers. I never gave a final update on the women swimmers. They completely kicked ass. They ended up 3rd, which is their best placing ever. They nearly completely rewrote the school record board. They set every swimming school record but 3. So that's 16 new swimming school records. They set 1 new diving record for women and 3 new diving records for men (yes, the men dive at the women's meet instead of the men's meet because most diving programs only have 1 coach, so there's no one to leave behind to coach men for a week while the women are gone). One of the girls set 2 new ACC conference records. They also will likely have 3 individuals make NCAA's and 1 relay, though I think they may try for a another relay by time trialing this weekend.

So anyway, I'm really proud of Braden and the girls. Now it's on to the men.
